CM, hard to believe how long ago that was. I have photos on a CD somewhere in the office. Gained plenty wrinkles and some aches and pains since then.
Yanitod7, honestly I had a great visit with Catman and family.

Looking forward to you guys visiting Cat Cave HQ. Mrs Catman is arranging a light lunch and refreshments.
Do you Guys have any Preference’s on Food or Dietary Requirements ?
I am looking around for the Cat Parts you need.

Glum, My head was spinning after hearing all that French Talking lol. Seriously We all had a really great Day. I say Day because it was going Dark when they departed. My only Regret was Not offering them all an Evening Meal didn’t realize the time passing by as quickly.
It was a real Pleasure to meet these Guys from France whom have travelled across the USA and Visited many Antique Caterpillar Collectors whom I know Very Well.
This is a Testament to the ACMOC CLUB. Helping Like Minded persons to meet up and Help one another sharing the same passion collecting and restoring Antique Caterpillar Machinery.
Anyone who is Fortunate enough to be able to visit The CATIRON Collection is More then Welcome to visit the CATMAN Collection Smile.
Have a Laugh reading this :. I was explaining how we melt metal and pour castings. How when Hot metal is poured into sand cores, It acts like a Leaf on Water. But very hot molten Iron. One of the brothers spoke little English and they all started talking in French and laughing. My wife can speak their language and joined in talking in French. Mean while I have no idea what they are all laughing about. Only when the brother shows myself a photo on his phone where he works as a Maintenance Engineer. Molten Metal Tapped at 160 Ton. Like the Biggest Metal Melting Facility in Europe. LOL OK then you know about Hot Metal Lol.
BIG THANK YOU to ACMOC for “Friends around the Globe”

Thank you Catman for your post... and most of all for the great day we spent together. You really have a fantastic collection of cat and it was a pleasure to share with you our passion... You and your family welcomed us the best way we could have imagined ! You offered us a nice meal allowing us to meet your family, lot of your time and shared with us your mecanical knowledge. You can't imagine how happy my father (80 years now) when getting back from your home !
Nice to meet such incredible and generous people through acmoc. That is exactly the way i imagine such a forum.
