My D4 clutch collar is worn out where the top screw engages. The hole is so egg shaped that the clutch brake is not usable any more.
Is there any way of repairing these, or do I need to look for a new or better condition collar?
Paul.

Is that a 3B9576 clutch collar? I believe I have several of those (NOS) to sell. would you mind telling me how much you paid? They fit nothing I have and I'm keeping only what I need. I found none for sale on the web to get an Idea how much to ask.

Hi Floyd Green - try this thread
#140196
. If the link doesn't work, the outcome of that thread was that 3B9576 is a D6 2H flywheel clutch collar. Interestingly I can't find it in my 2H part book (?).
General gear has the D4 equivalent at $215ea. Not sure if that's useful though if they're not the same.
Paul.

This is a pleasant surprise. I just happen to have a nice old D6 (2H7063). I have never had a problem with that tractor and so I have never had the floorboards up. Good thing I've only got a few hours on that machine. I bet that clutch collar is dry as a bone. I am embarrassed to say I had no idea that's what is in that tractor. . I don't suppose I'd ever need two of those so I will sell only one and now I even know what I'm selling and approx. for how much. Thank you very much Haus.
