I have a D2 5U from around 1954 and my gauge is different, yours looks more like a earlier model, like maybe a 22, Brewzer on here is a expert on gauges, hopefully he sees this thread.
Good luck

What's the diameter, Clayton? The D2 gauges I have look like Mike's, and they're around about 2 inches I think. The three inch (maybe more) is for the older tractors like the Twenty Two

Hi Clayton, that is the j series d2 gauge. Here's a picture of the one on my d2 and from memory I'm pretty sure I checked on which one was correct for my machine when I restored it.

Hi Clayton, I think Gary is correct. The ACMOC library has the parts book for the D2 5U1 - UP. This is the picture of page 31.

Later model 5Us used smaller diameter gauges with adapters also.
Clayton what is the S/N of your tractor?

Hello my sn 5U10335 1952 is the year it’s hard to tell which one it is, I know the actual part number is 4F6220. I have to fix this one if it’s the correct one also. I appreciate all the info.

I understand what the correct part number is, the question at hand is if the gauge I have is actually the correct one or not?
