I saw a post from awhile back and this seems to be a problem with new members not being able to access the technical library. I replied to the email i received with my membership renewal but i still haven’t received a response. Can the moderator help me get this resolved? Thank you. Michael

Hi John,

I can't access the tech library at the moment. Nothing appears to have changed with regards to my membership. Can you let me know if it's something I'm doing? I note the library menus have changed a bit lately, so maybe I'm mixing something up.

 According to our records your membership lapsed at the end of last year. If you renewed with Glen or Bill, get them to send me an email with the details and I’ll update the system. Many apologies if you slipped through the cracks! Plans are afoot to resolve our system issues.

I see - woops!! I must not have paid (I couldn't find any record). I've paid my renewal now, so once that is processed I should be good again.

Please let me know if there is anything I need to do once this is through, to access the tech library.
