i renewed by check in the amount of $60, sent by mail Jan 2. Maybe just hasn't been enough time to process.

Yes, since Mary retired and the office closed, cheques take a while to process, it’s much faster to pay by credit or debit card through the website.

As we no longer have an office or an administrator, it takes much longer to proces a check payment that one through the website by credit card.

I still have no access to the tech library. after renewing in the new year. I did it online and reserved a paid invoice but still have not access and have not hear from the support email I tried this week. help please

I cannot speak about new members issues but for us present members the automatic renewal is the way to go. Since I set mine up for auto renew sometime ago there has never been an issue with payment, access etc. Just my 3 cents.

Hello, I too purchased the electronic membership via card payment and as of yet do not have access to the technical manuals. Approximately how long does it usually take to be able to access those? Thanks so much!
