Can do man, good morning. I been on here paying about a month so I still have a lot to learn. The library I can access but it’s no where near having a manual. Utube offers a lot of help on just about anything you could work on. The folks on other forums are more helpful also, I like Tractor by net. Good luck sir

Good afternoon! I too have questions. John helped me get into the system, thanks John! My D4 7U36219 has a #44 hydraulic system. I am having major leaks out of the drive end. I looked up in the Library system which parts catalog to use for my system which is 9W7594. The Library search led me to catalog ue032888 but it does not (that I can find) have a listing for 9W7594. Am I missing something? If it is indeed not there, I would appreciate a copy of the exploded view of the pump mechanisms and the drive. Also does anyone know what Speedi-Sleeve fits the drive shaft? Thanks all! Elton

Rome, thanks for your help! How do you know the correct level? The blade has been pretty slow to react, should I take the pump to the hydraulic shop or deal with slow? Thanks again! Elton

If the input shaft is leaking, the parts you will need, are the 5F4721 seal and you may need the collar, 5F4722 collar, which is a sleeve. You do need to pull the #44 unit to access these parts and while you are there, you can pull the pump cartridge to inspect it and the bearings, it will be pretty easy to see if it's worn enough to cause slow performance,
The serviceman's reference book for Hydraulic controls in the library will be very helpful. The new type seals will be different than the old, and you may find that since they are thinner you can position it so that the sealing lip sits on a non worn spot on the collar. Care should be taken when disassembling the pump cartridge so you don't drop the vanes out of the cartridge and mess up their orientation.
If you find that it is just the end plates in the pump that are worn, they can often be resurfaced or built up and the cartridge reshimmed as described in the service book.

I had a #44 pump on a D2 whose blade moved slower than it should. Changing the sock filter cured the problem.
