Takes Time to build.  Gives Satisfaction and Achievement when Complete.  Also has Mental Health and Brain Function  and Hand Coordination Active  then you get Older.in Life.. Cheap to Get Made.  Lightweight and in a small Box to Post Out to members. Better than just selling Prints to frame on the wall.  Building the Jigsaw Puzzle Actually will give ACMOC members whom have no machines to build One. And does look better than my photo on floppy cardboard when hanging on the Wall.Start at the Beginning of Caterpillar Company Machines  In GAS  and go throu the years to DIESIL On the other hand.   Might be BEST for ACMOC Club to start with Caterpillar D2 Jigsaw Puzzle and See how it goes.  Then go back in time to Early Caterpillar formation Days.  I understand acmoc club  Financial Position.  And also the need to Retain Current Members  SHOULD be Top of your LIST.  Before looking for new members. Message to the Current President.  I myself Would like to see the ACMOC Club Store BACK selling Decals and ACMOC Merchandise.  Both Myself and Snr CM have them Early ACMOC Special Limited Editon Cowboy Hats.  Back in my “GOOD”  OLD DAYS    When T. What a wonderful idea,this is also good for the younger ones too as it gives them a start into the collecting of old Gray and Yellow machines.

yes jigsaw puzzles are a good idea.

the problem is running the store itself. if the club engaged a company to do the order packing, stock storage and distribution side of things that would work fairly well but they dont work for free.

mary did a great job but she has retired as her health and family has taken priority as it should. currently there is no replacement for her. and generally a replacement would want to be paid as it would be a almost full time job. yes you could have volunteers do it but you would need a group of them so you could work out a roster.

for years plough book sales used to advertise in the tomm magazine with just a full page add and it had a title, item number and price. you would ring up or fax in your order then along came email. they also had a printed price list that you could request too and they would post it to you.

I too have found my self doing a puzzle from time to time. almost like fixing the real thing or if your like me and buy basket cases then you have a big 3d puzzle to try get back together. I could see myself buying a few puzzles from time to time.
