Can anybody tell me the brand name of this little guy?

I thought it might go well behind the R2.

It looks like a new improved copy of something the neighbor called a tumble bug scraper.www.acmoc.org/bb/discussion-d72/30902-of...-like-to-know#249316 Which is a improvement of a old Fresno scraper. So I think Dan needs some credit for giving half the name.

It is basically a 4' tumble bug with an apron and wheels. Not home made. Came from west central Neb. Some flash in the pan company some where put them out for a little while.

A Duplex at work.  At one time Duplex made a pull type grader for the "20" Caterpillar I believe. They were located near Carter Lake in East Omaha.
