Has anyone got any tips or special tools used to remove the rear fixing on the Pony Motor? (Donkey engine to us) The fixing sort of below the Mag. I can’t seem to get any spanner / tool to fit. Thanks

3/8” socket with a swivel attachment, extension, and patience. Once you have it set in there, not too bad-

You need a 9/16 socket on a 3/8 drive with a swivel joint and long extension, works all the time.

a racheting spanner is useful to undo the nuts under the cylinders. and have a spare incase the stud winds out with the nut. otherwise its a slow job with a open ender.

Good job! You may need a little glob of grease in the socket to hold the nuts when you reinstall. Clean the mating surfaces well where she sits back on the main block for the gasket to seal well.
