Was looking for other blade manufacturers and came across Nordheimer? Looks Canadian but don’t have any other info, I pulled this photo off a Facebook site;

 

Anyone have any info? They’re not listed on this page either which I had thought was pretty complete;

You are on the mark with it being Canadian Tony, the plate on the side says Edmonton.

Caterpillar had various machines and attachments manufactured under licence by Birtley in England, Wright in South Africa, Steelweld in Australia and Fieldchief in New Zealand. I recall there being a French firm too if I'm not mistaken. I seem to recall a picture of a 40 scraper years ago that was produced in France.
These were all built to Cat's design specs, whereas those I see in your link where all of their own design.
