On the May 10th minutes, it lists May 30th as a meeting date. I have been waiting for minutes of that meeting, was it held? Just wondering.

Hi, Rodten.
It might help if we had gotten to May 30 yet. That is the day AFTER the ACMOC National Show ends this year and that show has yet to come to pass. I think I may be able to state this with some small degree of authority 'coz I live and work on the ranch where it is to held.
Just my 0.02.

I may be speaking out of turn but the April 10 meeting was a special meeting and the 24th was the normal meeting. The minutes of the last "normal" meeting must be approved at the next regular meeting so the minutes are nearly 2 months behind for the regular meetings.

And without going back to check. I seem to remember that there was mention in the April 10 minutes of moving the May 24 meeting to May 30, the day after the BOTW show.
