Did you follow the bleeding procedure shown in the operators manual? If you don’t have one there is one in the library, I think that section is on pg 44.
Also in the library is parts books that have the filter number, lots of sources for that.

Have you tripped the throttle into run? Always start with the simple things first. I was bit by this on a 212 that had sat for a few years. I opened the throttle and I was having a no start issue. Opened the pump and all looked great and was really fighting this thing. Out of desperation and lack of patience I violently yanked the throttle. I felt it go a little further and then it got fuel and started. I was even getting a little fuel to the injectors before. Just not enough to run.

Good evening,
would it be difficult on the D2 to pull an injector and see if it sprays or not? That would be a way you could check the fuel system.
Good luck,
Scooter

a bloke told us to make starting our d4 easier make sure it had full fuel opening he described a detent that is full throttle and by pushing a little more was max fuel for starting. does the needle on the fuel pressure guage move at all? you could have a crook transfer pump and it may not be supplying enough fuel. fit a proper pressure guage in its place and get a reading. you could have bad injectors. are you getting any white smoke.
you want to have some warmth in the intake manifold before you try and start the main. this is done with out fuel. you should be able to when everything is working right drop the decomp and open the fuel it should fire almost immediately.
