Updating my progress concerning taking apart the d4 7u water pump. I got the water pump broke down and that is due to all suggestions and informations from Acmoc members from present and past. Now I will try to clean all the parts. Bearings are good. I got couple of parts to replace. Thanks You.

Hi Gary,
You are this far into it it would be silly not to put new bearings in it, for the cost of a few dollar and have to tear it down again in a few years.

It jus makes good sense

I agree with rax200 new bearings. Very cheap insurance.
Also a trick I've had good luck with is to put a thin film of antisieze on the pulley threads, it makes fan belt adjustment a breeze

its a good tip with all this old gear a dab of anti-sieze on all threads during assembly unless they are specifically to be dry saves headaches later from stuck or broken fasteners

Serial no is 7U11300, oh that would be great if possible. I would be glad to pay you for the book.
