I have had a couple of these carbs sitting in parts on my desk and in other places for a few years. I finally took the time to finish the work on them and put them back together. I started with six examples and had enough parts to do three. One for the R3 and the others are for the Twenty Eight. Float valve, strainer cage nut and screen, floats, and float chamber/strainer cage gaskets all came from McDonalds Carb and Ignition. All of the screws, small hardware, and bushings came from McMaster except the groove pins for the throttle shaft and choke shaft lever. They came from Huyett. The tube to make the spacer for the choke spring set up came from Amazon and I can not remember where I found the spring. I salvaged two good choke and throttle shafts and I had a NOS choke and throttle shaft that I had purchased from TAP years ago.
