As much use you'll give the machine driving around shows, I doubt you'd wear them out.
May take a bit of work though.

if you can get hold of all the measurements no reason why a good machinist cant turn some up for you out of high grade bar. it wont be cheap though. if you have part number see if you can find the NSN national stock number via google search with that you can find what other machines used that part and you might find joy that way.

if you can get the blueprint drawing of the part it will make life much easier for the machinist.

Best to get original ones, they were hardened.
If you get one turned, you will need to do the hardening as well, unless its only used for show purposes.

use the right steel and it can be case hardened or induction hardened a good engineering shop should be able to do this for you. like i said it wont be cheap. you could try ITR they might have something that will fit. you'll need the measurements though

Neil, A quick look at my drawings of the PT10 & PV15 says Rockwell C60-65 to a depth of .090" - .120"
This is the same on the roller shafts and Idler shafts.
