G'day gents, can anyone tell me where I could find aftermarket tapered bolts (part no 3F9967) 3/4" 10 NC in Australia, I just called Westrac in Petth and they want $34 each + GST and shipping from the US! I need 24 of them.

Hi Relic,
Are you positive that is the part number? Are these for bolting the cutting edges on?
If you have the serial number it make finding parts much easier

Hi, Relic.
Are you needing actual TAPERED bolts or are you talking about countersunk head bolts, such as are used for cutting edges?
If you are referring to countersunk head bolts for cutting edges, etc., any supplier of cutting edges should also be able to supply the bolts.
Just my 0.02.

I should have been more specific, I am chasing the bolts that secure the trunnion plates to the track frames.

In that case, you want the bolts shown in the two links that Josh posted. Take your pick on the genuine Cat bolts or the cheap imitations.
