Did not have very good luck parts hunting at the local cat dealer today. Was told that 9U 28303 was not a valid number and that head gasket set was discontinued by Cat. I then asked about head gasket set for D5 98J with a 3306 and he said he could order one but the closest he could find was in a warehouse in Singapore?  Are these parts really that hard to come by?  Where does everyone else go or gaskets?  I see that Olsen’s have a D318 set but they were closed for the day.
