Hi, Folks.
Way back when, 1950s or thereabouts, an Australian company called Theiss Contractors built a small self-propelled scraper that they called the T-Man scraper. I have 'ackshully' both operated and worked beside one in about 1975.
They had a 2-wheeled tractor with a Perkins engine, hydraulic controls, a shaft-driven elevator and about 5 - 6 yard bowl.
Has anybody else heard of these jiggers and does anybody have any photos of them or know of any still existing?
A kew-ree-yuss mind would like to know.
Just my 0.02.
You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Hi, Fat Dan.
A German company, the name of which I can't remember at the moment, bought both Thiess and Leighton Contractors in about 1973.
