Good Thanksgiving Eve!
This is just a quick update on what is happening on the issue of chapters. This afternoon I have put out a call to the subsidiary chapter leaders for volunteers to form an ad hoc committee for the purpose of finding a good solution for all. I am looking for eight volunteers to join at least two board members in this process.

I would like to have the committee formed by the end of next week and our first meeting by the end of the week after that.

The ultimate goal is to have a resolution implemented by January 31, 2023. 

If you are in a subsidiary chapter and have an interest in helping find a path, please let your chapter president know.
