Hello fellas, I  haven't been on hear in a while. What is the best way to free up a stuck steering clutch on a 1954 D2. I have tried everything I  know to do except tear it down.
The tractor is #5U 13773

Attached is a picture of my dozer

Have you tried riding the brake to heat the drum?

I haven't tried heating it up yet. I just got it running. I had diesel in the housing before so I'm afraid of fire.
