Thought some may find this interesting,  appears to be of an Oil fired engine - 
I could find no data plates on cursory view.

i know some one that has a ingersol-rand raidial compressor 3 power cyl 3 compressor cyl they were used buy rail navies to run air driven drills and rattle guns and the occasional jack hammer.

another common one was to convert a engine out of a hitler's revenge into a compressor. they would remove 2 of the spark plugs and make custom intakes so 2 opposed cyl became the compressor while the other 2 were still power cyl.

cts that engine looks like it might have been ignitor fired so a low tension mag with the points inside the head
