Started my 3T after sitting close to 2 years. (I’m slow) End of startup vid shows a cracked fuel line drip from topside injector return line going back to pump. Replaced the fuel galley seals and an area seal and gasket. Dropped off to local Cat distributor (ouch) fuel pump for rebuild. Fuel had began to spill from the wallowed compromised seal (pic) into the crankcase oil. Much .. Thanks to all responders during these types of repairs. Not sure if I can get the exact line that’s leaking. Wondering is it possible or not to use a fuel hose just inside the connections to replace the cracked line.

no reason you cant use fuel hose as the return isnt under high pressure. you could also solder or braze over the split. if you use hose i would flair the end of the pipe slightly so the hose grips better and is less likely to pull off or leak.

Unable to post the video.. thinking it’s 94.5mb. Maybe too large? Only 80 some seconds .. it’s the 3T running after a 2 year nap.. plus showing a broken fuel injectors return line resulting in a drip.

yes most phones are that high a quality they make very big files. run it through a program called handbrake to compress it.

I would encourage you to put it on YT as well, then it can be shared here and the collective mind can give you a hand.
