Hello all,
First post here, also long time since I've been on forum sites since I've been away from cars.
Will be purchasing a beautiful d7 dozer but need help figuring out year and model . I think it's a 1959 d7 17a? the only s/n number i could find was 17a14759 on the rear left of the working motor. One final question is does the hour meters on these have a 1/10 last number? If so that would be nice because it would only have 1700 hrs not 17000 😅 would be nice to get some Manuel's and info on oils as I like to change everything as its been sitting for 5 years at least . Cleaned the pup/ jumper motor carb it and ran like a dream both gas m diesel . (All on the old fuel )
Thank you for all your help in advance . Can't wait to learn on these old girl and get my wife and I new property cleared.

That would be a 1960 model D7D. Manuals can usually be found on ebay. Not sure about the hour meter. Others here will know more about that.
