Good job Rome for identifying the loader from such little information. My neighbor years back had an AC loader but I couldn't remember the model of it so I did a search on the net for 6G and stumbled upon this video. This guy was trying to get a thrown track back on and I think it is a wonder that he didn't get killed in the process. He made a video of his attempts and it is absolutely amazing he is alive to post the video.

I've been running Cats for too long to get any kind of thrill fighting a computer. The Cat just does what it was designed to do. The computer, not so much...

i went home a few times covered in grime just like that young lad. and i was happy as a pig in the proverbial.
especially the day we rescued a old bellis&morcom twin triple expansion steam engine and alternator from a local sugar mill. my clothes and i where so black mum made me shower under the hose first with a cake of solvol soap(fine pumice and soap mixture) before i was allowed inside to shower properly and she just chucked my clothes away. i was in high school at the time.
