Hi all, (probably Josh : ),
could you please tell me the bolt dimensions on these part #s and the current superseding part #, that are used to attach the HT4 main frame to the D47U track frames. 1K6608, 1K6612, 1K6610, 5B5473
For 5B5473, I make that as 1-8 x 4" Grade 8. I'm unable to find the other bolts although in measuring them, the first two look like 1 1/4-7 x 7"
Thanks in advance
Cheers,
Neil

The 5B5473 is listed 1 x 6-1/2 NC, the 1K bolts are all listed as SPL, do you have any older numbers? I may have better luck with them.

Hi Josh,
I don't unfortunately. I pulled those numbers from my form 30564, which replaced 1098R and 30496 so it might be in one of those two. I had a look in the member's library and form ue032698 has the same 1K parts numbers as my catalog.
I also looked in the Trackson parts catalog and their part #s are 125A9 and 125-7 - the latter would be the 1 1/4 dia bolt and the former would be the 1" dia bolt. Cat's more recent bolt lookup I have has 7X0410 for the 1" bolt x 4", and 7X0433 for the 1 1/4 x 7, which I think are either close matches or are the actual #s in today's codes

Thanks Bruce, I knew one of those aftermarket sites listed the bolt dimensions but I couldn't remember which and the ones that did come up were next to useless. Well, I'm glad to see that the sizing and thread pitch are what I expected so I'll go pick a pair of each up. These are what hold the back end of the Traxcavator frame to the D4 track frames. There's an inch of movement on my buddy's machine so we need to get that situated quickly

The 1-8x4 current part# is 6C3212 for $20, the 1-8x6 1/2 is still 5B5473 for $20, and the 1 1/4-7 x 7 is 7X0433 and runs $40
