Dont know if this cutting edge was loose and I missed it or what the deal is, you can see in the pictures half is tight and half is not, I did stall her and took a chunk of dirt out where I could not see the elevation go up real quick so think I bent this edge, looks like it has been done before on the ip side edge.. Anyone know where to get these new bolts and what they are called?  Any tips on blades and cutting edges in general? Had to cut this side bolt off and the main blade metal behind it is really thin!

You can get the cutting edges, bolts, and nuts from your Cat dealer. I bought a new set for my D2 blade a couple of years ago

the bolts are called plough bolts any good bolt supplier will have them or can get them. any place that sells farm implements will have them too. and smear the with a little anti-sieze when installing makes life easier next time.

Plow bolts are what I've always known them to be called, no matter if they're on a CAT tractor, Deere grader or Deere mold board plow. I've had decent luck building up frogs (where your wearable edge bolts) using higher tensile welding rods. 8018 and up, by being careful and lots of use of a 7 inch grinder and a helluva bunch of patience. And always put a full set of new bolts in the particular wear piece you are replacing or turning.

As always Mr. Gaunt is correct, a membership is nearly invaluable with it's small fee. Parts book availability is well worth the cost.
