I found out that there are some companys offering complete gasket kits for the older engines.
Bulldog offers:
D311 (d2)CT-9m9003
CT-9m9005
D315 (d4)
CT-1m1359
D4400 (D4)
CT-3s1755
I can't find by any of the supliers what is inside the kits.
Can someone see what is inside the orginal kit by looking up the parts numers?
And is there a service bulletin were you can find the numbers for gasket kits?
Cat part numbers are: 9M003, 9M005, 1M1359 and 3S1755.
Thanks Niels

Lol, ah! the ole micro-fish! I remember those days when dad and I would go to the Cat dealer for parts, parts man would write the part numbers down on paper and go to warehouse and bring the parts to you then write an invoice up.

That is some great information! Thanks
It may be a good idee to add this to the technical library?
I agree about the fishes! If you store them correct.. have a set for the 1960-1980 machines looking for one for the early ones.
