Does anyone know of a aftermarket push button type switch for the 212 pony! Mine has gone bad,maybe Napa or? Thanks MikeMike. Cat does have in stocks 85.00

yes go to your local parts store or electronics hobby shop such as jaycar or RS components they should have suitably rated switches the other way is to get a external starter solenoid and use the switch to control the solenoid this means the switch is only switching low current and will last much better it how its done in your car the contacts in the key switch only handle around 20 amps but the starter solenoid handles 600 or more actually many have a second relay to switch the solenoid. it just makes thing last longer.

There are plenty on the net just search insulated push button switch. These are the same as used on cats you will probably get one a NAPA just take it in with you.
