Hello All
Does anyone know the turbo boost pressure for a D330T in a 955K and the turbo boost pressure for a direct injected 3304.
Turbo part numbers are 7S2237 from the 955K and 2W0414 from the 3304. HP for the D330T is 115HP whereas the HP for the 3304 is 140HP.
I am adapting a 3304 to fit into a 955K but I have a few issues with the pipework for the turbo and thought maybe the turbo off a D330T would work with the 3304.

According to my rack setting charts the Turbo for a 71J3772 955K is part # 1P34 with 26" Hg boost at full load rpm.
Can you give a specific engine s/n for the 3304 doner?

Engine serial number is 83Z0704.
The inlet and outlet on the impeller (air) side are half the size of the 955K and the turbine (exhaust) side does not match up with the manifold. I can make something to adapt it but would prefer not to.

This is getting confusing....
A 955K 60Axxxx with D330T uses either a 9M7524 or 3S3512 turbo and produces 21+/-3" Hg. boost at full load.
I'm not having any luck going by turbo number as you've provided. Could be you have retro-fits?

I don't have info on DI engines that I can trust without a specific s/n. Latest 3304 Industrial engine with sms states 26" Hg in a non-lug engine at full load.

Thanks OM for the info. As it turns out the 955K intake pipework will not work with a direct injected 3304 as the injector is in the way due to it being longer so now I have to find the pipework for a 955L which I am hoping will allow me to use the turbo that came with the engine.
