When I go to look up parts books it tells me to subscribe. Pretty sure I did that at the first of the year!

Something else I noticed is that the 'go to full page' feature is not working.

Hello Herb,
I am accessing the library using Firefox and Windows 10 and have no problem in making a document full screen - see attached screenshot, so I've no idea why you are unable to do so.

You will see on my screenshot above that the document is displayed in "google drive" which is where the documents are stored.
My userid allows this because I am a librarian and have access to the google drive.
There is no ability for normal members to see the documents in such a "Full Screen" as this would / could allow downloads which are not permitted.
We have "covered over" the button so it is less obvious because it cannot be removed.
Having special rights in the system (e.g. administrator, librarian etc. does on occasion lead to confusion as features can appear differently to those normal members see.
