Cleaned all along the lower edge of block and found no numbers. Took a picture of the winch mounts. Thanks for all of the help, Mike.

Can't quite make out the engine block number in picture #8. If it is a 6Bxxxx that block was used from 7J812 to 7J1398
If it's an 8Bxxxx block number it was used from 7J5104 to 2T336.

Thanks for the help, ordered a newer parts book off of eBay today. 7j5104 through 2t series. My parts book was for 7j 1-5103 and several part numbers were not in my book that was some of my confusion figuring out what I had. Did not realize there were two 7J series parts books. Can never have too many books on the shelf, Mike

Hi Mschwartz,
If you are trying to match up the part on say the engine block, they will almost never match as the number on the block is a casting number and is different to the actual part number.
Ps, you are right about the parts book
