No records of such things have ever been shown to exist from any manufacture of ag and industrial machines. A slime possibility the dealer may have kept a record. So any decals on this machine to give information about the dealer? Or any thing like a operators manual that came to you with the tractor that might have a clue in any hand written notes in it.
Crawler tractors being big and heavy tend to stay in the area where they where purchased ( sure don't have to though) so where is it now. You may get lucky and someone will have a educated guess maybe.
Of well over a dozen machines here I have real history on 2 (some just major parts of, most no running). A educated guess on the history of 2 others that I am the 3rd person to have them probably.

Back in the day my Cat dealer had cards of all the machines that were sold with what attachments and options and who they were sold to. I found some cards for machines that i have and that were sold to area customers. You could try your dealer or area dealers but good luck with that as nowadays everything gets tossed or scrapped.

Thanks for the replies. Don't know how the f got in the subject line. The tractor is 1953 with mechanical angle and tilt Cat blade. Moved to UP of Mi. 25 years ago after retiring from excavating business in lower Mi. D2 as been less than 2 miles from me not running in building that had fallen but didn't damage machine. Was parked over 35 years ago because of mechanical issues. Was given to neighbor 2 years ago that did more disassemble and gave up and traded tractor to me. After months of correcting all issues machine is running great and really shows little wear. Shows 5006 hrs. Blade has little wear as had broken chain rack on rear so was used mostly for log skidding. Logging is big in this area. People that owned building had no idea who or how tractor came to be there. Simmons mattress co. and later Bethlem Steel co. owned thousands of wooded acres near here. No original manuals. Plan to paint this spring. Thans again for the help! Dale

Hi Thank you for reply: Spring time pictures are a great idea. Wish had pictures when it was in collapsed building. Should have taken pictures when had it apart as looked like a power unit on stands. Thanks again. Dale
