I saw where they showed them yes. Act is supposed to be where my cooler came from. Only problem is it’ll be another month wait before they get here. The spacer I can make I believe with some careful measuring. I’m thinking as long as I don’t get the shaft to hot by welding it up it should last. On my shaft it’s marked 3s2119. Parts books all show 3s2121 as you mentioned so I’m not sure what’s going on there. The rest of the parts seem to match up. One other thing I noticed is the washer where the bolts go through is quite dished. It’s been tightened down in a good 1/8” maybe a bit more. Perfect world I’d just order all the new parts I think I need as that’s how I like to repair things but I’m finding that a little harder to do this time around. Basically nothing available in Canada. I haven’t inquired yet about pricing on the shaft but might just for kicks.

3S2121 is a shaft assembly, meaning that it is made up of 3S2119 and some other part or parts that are not listed or sold as separate pieces, it is pretty common to see a part number stamped or cast into a part that is not shown in the parts book or parts listing because of this.

Just a update. Finally got the cat driving out of the shop again. Was in there all winter chasing parts and fixing things. Started out with the oil cooler and then progressed from there. Still have to do another flush on the transmission yet. It’s in the shop draining out right now again. Had some concerns about a cracked head after the transmission oil cooler went but everything seems to be working good. Worked it pretty hard for 5-6 hours now flushing the motor out. Have all the oil out of the cooling system now. I stuck a pressure gauge on the rad tank just to keep a eye on things. Pressure built up a wee bit higher then I thought it would but it never got any higher. Kept pretty steady right around 13.5 psi. The relief valve never opened anyways. It’s stamped 15 psi and was just replaced. Has very good circulation in the rad and no bubbles. Had been a bit of a expensive winter but hopefully it was all worth it. Few pictures from along the way.

-you don't mention what the engine coolant temp is? my old diesels don't like being over 190F... power drops off noticeably higher than that...
-operating at 13.5 pounds rad pressure seems high, like running on the edge? maybe that's normal for powershift? dunno?
-what work is being performed to be considered running hard?
always dropping GOLD, all you have to do is just pick it UP !

most automotive systems are 12 or 13 psi relief pressure. the spec should be in the engine reference book. it could be a little high.

I was running it fairly hard to make as much heat in the motor as I could. Second gear almost wide open pushing 3-4 feet of unplowed snow spent a bunch of time going back and forth as well making passes pushing snow out of the yard after that. In the service manual it shows 9 or 10 psi for the relief pressure valve. I believe it was upped at some point though as my relief valve and the newer one were both stamped 15 psi. Cat parts by part number. Motor temp would have been in the 175-185 range.

Surviving the winter so far. Snow is sure pilling up though. I wouldn’t say we’ve had record snowfall yet but the wind has blown it around something terrible. Some of the biggest drifts that I can ever remember. Fun to play in with the snowmobile though lol. Least before they turn to concrete. Grader went by here this morning trying to clear the main grid road and he was struggling. Left quite a bit of snow on the road too unfortunately. Grader was sliding around pretty bad too in places.
