Just picked up a 82h507 d5 this weekend. Starting to rebuild the motor now. Fairly low hour machine. The track rails are berco cr 2821 and cr 2822. They measure close to 7.25. My books show this machine should have had 6.91 or been upgraded later to 6.75. What are these rails off of?

Ok thnks. Trying to find rebuild kit for the engine. Looks like this May have the d333a engine not the 3306. Is that correct?

According to Berco Catalog Cr2821 and Cr2822 are the correct links for a 82H D5. and they are 6.91 inch pitch. So if measured pitch is 7.25, the pins and bushings must be beyond wore out.

After talking to some people today I’m afraid that is exactly what the problem is. Time for a new undercarriage. I have a track press idk if it’s worth turning the pins and bushings or not.
