When is the “store” supposed to be open and when is the paid person supposed to answer the phone? VM box is full I am told.
I have a concerned member wanting to place an order, another wanting his 7 month old order shipped to him before year end!
Old orders need to get shipped out and gift memberships as well.
Perhaps no more new orders received until someone gets caught up?
Clock is ticking, and memberships fading away…
Is anyone on the BOD paying attention besides John Gaunt?

Must be very busy......I've called during business hours twice this week voice mail full both time's. looking to spend much needed money to support this sinking ship. No problem I found out who makes the reproductions gauge part's I'll buy directly from him. RIP ACMOC.
BTW I have 8 gauges to do for costumers how much profit would that be for ACMOC?

Last fall I tried for a week to get through, VM was full, I figured it was a fluke deal, but maybe not. Anyone else have difficulty with the store?

I tried calling the ACMOC office 1 more time today rang and rang.....gave up called the gauge guy placed my order half price of ACMOC. I saved money ACMOC lost money........myself and several other paid members would like some explanation? I won't hold my breath tho. Again RIP ACMOC

Who is overseeing the store operations, or is it a stand alone unit ? No oversight? How/what is the inventory situation like? Does it benefit the members/club or is it just a "wash"?

Am I led to believe that only myself and a few PAID members share any concern about the "store"?
Why the silence ?

I ordered a single book on 11/20/2021 through the interweb site.
Money was out of the PayPal account same day.
No acknowledgement, shipping date or book.
Book showed up today. Thanks

Awwwwww heck Phildirt, that is nothing. Some have waited over 9-12 months for old magazine issues and binders. Gift memberships bought and paid for and nothing as well.
I somehow became an ear to bend regarding these hopefully "Isolated" matters. I do feel responsible, as it was ME that made the suggestions to buy/join/give.
Big error on my part. I count my blessings that I did receive my purchases for the most part.
I suppose if one does not make noise, it will continue to go unnoticed.

I've come to the conclusion that nobody cares that ACMOC is going down fast. I personally don't understand why nobody cares. or doing anything about the sinking ship other than send us a private email or a bs phone call.
Get new members
Ask questions unanswered
Nonpaid user's questions answered
Store not open or answering the phone
Pissed off PAID MEMBER
RIP ACMOC
