D2 Prestolite Magneto Timing

I need some help. My D2 5J SN7078 has a Prestolite magneto which is marked "Made for Caterpillar by Prestolite". It is Caterpillar PN 4S6471. I pulled off the rotor to clean it and didn't make a note of how it was positioned, and now I don't know how to get it back into the right timing position. The edge of the rotor has two notches close to each other. One is red and the other has no color. How do I get this rotor back into the right gear tooth for correct timing? Also, where can I get a new rotor? Thanks, John

I have a new rotor for this magneto but you can have some from STANDAR
MAGNETO.
