hey guys how does a guy go about downloading a manual off of here to a usb drive that i can take into the shop with me ?

Hi Landon,
Unfortunately we don't want to get on the wrong side of Caterpillar who have copyright of all their material and so downloads are not allowed at this time.
Your best option is to screen print the page(s) you need to take into the shop, or pull the document up on your mobile phone or iPad.

Hi Xtremist, The cheapest and most correct manuals are the original Caterpillar manuals found on ebay. I know paper manuals are old school but...
A great deal of the important info is in the Operation and Maintenance Instructions.

It's quite good if you just need a page or two to take into the shop, you can just print-screen those pages and it doesn't matter if they get shop-soiled. My poor old paper books are suffering from spine failure so I'm trying to handle them as little as possible

if you want a paper copy try ebay or jensales never know what is available. i have gotten manuals off ebay. big thing is to check what serial they are current from. which on cat originals is on the front cover
