D2-5U air cleaner support

Need help!
The aircleaner tube support where it attaches to the starting engine, can't seem to locate this design in my parts book.
I think they are long bolts with a spacer? One was broken off and missing, the other was cobbled together with a piece of pipe as a space and low quality all thread

Its shown in the air cleaner description. The bolts are 6B-1557 3/8 nc x 7 1/2" long, the tubes are discontinued but can be made.

I have one like that on my 5U13753 which I presume is original since it fits just fine.
