Very intersting tip trainkidz. I will keep that in mind.
So I was excited to try my pony out before the weekend so I put it all back together this afternoon and it still doesnt run worth a hoot. I have avoided gasoline like the plague and now its biting me in the butt. So what happens is that it coughs hard if I open the throttle fully. I have to ease into it to minimize the hesitation. It wont pull rated RPM driving the main under compression. I can see it is not the governor holding it out. It seems to be a carb issue. Ideas? Thank you very much in advance!

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
