They are just a quick way to see how often somebody posts on the forum. All the possible designations are below, and the names/thresholds/number of ranks may change in the future.can someone define the various boarder designations?

The boarder rankings are simply based on post count. Underneath those rankings, a user is either Registered or Member, depending on their current ACMOC membership status.Cool!! so it has nothing to do with being a paid member or guest?

Boarder designations are based on how many posts a user has created. The breakdown of ranking thresholds is above. Below the boarder designation shows if a user has a current ACMOC membership, or is just a normal registered user. Guest users are people that are not logged in or haven't created an account yet, and aren't able to post but can still view the forumSame here, what are these Boarder designations, what is registered vs member vs guest
Thanks
Andy

I'm sure there are a lot of bells and whistles that will make this board more user friendly but from an appearance perspective the pages appear more like my computer when I start it in "safe mode" than a bona fide web page.
Maybe I will get used to it.
Here goes, no preview so we will take pot lucik.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
