Non Current Undercarriage Dimensions

More

Hi Team,
here are Non Current Undercarriage Dimensions as taken from a book Dated June 16 1964 by the Stoody Company Titled :- "Finish Dimensions for Rebuilding
".

The pages are now a dark paper with fine blue lettering and so is very hard to copy-
Scanning always came up blurry and the photos here are little better.

These may be clearer when printed????
Cheers,
Eddie B.

Hi Eddie,
I just want to say a big thank you from all the directors and staff. Without you and others like you, there would be far fewer old working cats around. Keep up the outstanding work. I hope to have the privilege to meet you at some point when the world returns to “normal”
Best regards John.

I really appreciate you posting this but I still cannot read the D4 dimensions for the idler. Can you take a photo with an Iphone? I would think a HD photograph would get it. Thanks again!

Hi Team,
I do not have nor can afford an I Phone on a Veterans pension.

It seems to be a 58 KB limit put on by this BB that is reducing both the 384 and 543 KB scans that I posted.
Have tried just the Stoody Idler Specs. box only with a 195 KB scan and it reduced it to 82 KB
Sorry, my hands are tied and at present I cannot see what to try next to help much more.
Best Regards,
Eddie B.

Can someone help me understand these charts. These dimensions are what the rollers and idlers would have measured new? Or are the the maximum wear dimensions?

Hi Alex,
the charts and dimensions are those we used at The Dealer to re-build worn components to, so they are the dimensions that new components would have originally been made to.

I can't see the dimensions for a 2T carrier roller shown as 9B-0562 in the parts catalog? Where should I be looking on the charts? Or are these updated part nos? The replacements for my non standard carrier roller I've sourced are pretty shabby..
