There was a 2 Ton displayed at the BSOT with no owner details, and I'm fairly certain the serial number was #78191, only 7 different from my #78184. Do any of the BSOT organizers know who the owner is, because it obviously just missed out on a trip to Oz back in 1929 with mine? I'm curious to know it's history.
I really enjoyed the show, particularly watching what seemed like 40 mule handlers trying to line up 27 mules on the Friday morning to get some reaping done, I recall it got a bit exciting when one of the spectators tried to stamp out his cigar in the tinder dry stubble 10 feet from the front mule, it was only about 112 in the shade at that time!
Well done organisers and thankyou, I had a great time.
Mike
