I cleaned all the old 30 weight oil out of the clutch case then adjusted the clutch tension out one detent then filled it with ATF.Now it works better than it ever did before.This has been a learning experience for me as well as challenge to my mechanical ability.I have been repairing many broken and missing bolts,redoing the lighting and generator wiring and now all I have left to do is install the top cover and hook up the wiring.Thanks to everyone here.
