I am looking for a company I think is located in either North or south Dak. I think their name is the AGE Corp. They run mostly Terex TS-24's scrapers. They do alot of railroad work. Any help would be app. Thanks Mike Durkin

Mike, it seems you or your Co. used to do jobs up here in the Wilkes Barre area and around and some of the men used to come in to Cleveland Bros. Cat dealer here in Wilkes Barre that I worked for.I,ve been retired from there for nearly 17 yrs. now but go over and visit the guys every couple months and see how things are going.

Mike,
Why not take them to Richie Brothers Auction in MD. They have buyers from all over the world- someone would buy them.

Matt, thanks for the throught but the last ones went for $6000 each and I think they were buy backs. I have them listed with Cleveland Bros. they have sold just about all of my equipment, they are getting better prices than what Richie said I would get 6 years ago. I shipped equipment all over the world so far. Are you going to the big show out west,i am. How work I see you have must of your drills park in the yard.I rented my big IR roller out to Burbrocker on his job up in Allentown.Couldn't believe what I was looking at, it was nothing short of a MONKEY DOING A FOOTBALL. I know we are making the right move with getting out now,it was a great run but we are not taking money out of the bank to finace some bimbos job., with fuel costing $4.25 gal. in the tank.If we were working we would be burning anywhere from $15000-$20000 a day in fuel alone.Hope all is well with you.

Mike,
I am not heading out west- Just didn't feel the need to drop a grand for a three day weekend. We had a fairly large job in the winter from Jan to April, but we are slow now. A couple of more jobs are starting soon, so the drill rigs should be out working again soon! How did you ever make out in DE? Is that done? What are your plans for the future, hooking up with another contractor?

Funny you mentioned that job in Allentown- Many of our drills are headed up there to work with their crews- I think they will have a total of 9 drills up there. Very large project, with a large rock cut less than 100 feet from route 22.

Matt, are we talking about the same job up in Allentown. The one at airport rd.I would think that must of the drilling should be done by now.I went past there about a week ago.It doesn't appear to have had very deep cuts, all short of 20'.He is doing alot of crushing on that site. I am hoping to be doing some outside consulting work possibly with Caterpillar. Sort of going around to some of there customer jobs and trying to fine tune the earthmoving for them. I have been seeing alot of equipment working on jobs that are really not very productive. Have a great day. Mike
