i went to the local bulk plant to buy my favorite oil 90wt mineral oil yesterday. was told it was no longer available. iasked the lady to search and i would call to see. i called and no was the reply. so i asked if the computer would show any stock of 140wt. a hit two 5 gallon pails left.so i ran rite over with my flashlight and shovel ( i'd been in this wharehouse before) in my seach in choking dust there they where( like gold bars) five 16 gallon drum of my favorite and 4 five gallon buckets 140wt two of which where metal. i can't remember when plastic replaced metal. after loading my find i looked at a pile of 55 gal drums that had the same dust on them. they were rock drill oil except one. it was a 55 gal of Schaeffer diesel treatment. i'm going back tomorrow if i get the chance, thanks to all for the help with my new Caterpillar 15 danny I went back to the bulk plant today. Was told that straight wt non-detergent engine oil was discontinued 10 wt (used in water windmills) gone 20wt gone 30wt two uninventored cases 40wt fourteen cases and one 55gal drum 30wt(could not find). Even older diesel engine oil 15-40 discontinued 68cases left replaced by 08 formula. easy does it danny
