The Centre whatever are wrong the engine in the picture is a 330C Series engine and NOT a 3304. tctractors.

If you have a 3304 engine the engine tag would have this information.
Vehicle s/n...70Hxxxx
Engine Arrangement #.....2Pxxxx or 6Axxxx
Engine s/n...48Vxxxx

The D330C tag would just have the vehicle s/n same as on the tractor....70Hxxxx if they are a match.

Both pictures are of D330C engines built before 1973, there are many interchangeable parts between the D330C and 3304 but don't assume that you can swap bits around, as TC says, there are differences in the blocks although they look the same. I would be very surprised to see a 1979 941B as the hydrostatic 943 and 953 were introduced in 1978.
