Someone Bubba'd this one up pretty good. I can't even remove the belt. The bearing is shot too, the pulley/gear ass'y wallers around about a half an inch. Also the pulley looks nothing like the one in my parts book, so must have been sourced elsewhere.

Do you think this is salvageable?

Does anyone have an extra one? :)

Looks like someone welded the pulley on in desperation.
My only suggestion would be to torch off the pulley. Install a new bearing, shaft and find the correct size pulley. Should be able to do it all for less that $100.00

Carl,
There are two different pulley/ bearing setups for those starters, try to save the pulley if you can, the bearings should be available.
If I remember correctly one kind of bearing is a ball bearing and the other is a cam folllower style bearing, once you get it apart you will be able to tell which you have.
