this is good thread of the BB because it is looking up seals and cross referancing.

on buddy barry's new style mack, the pto thing was leaking, took it off and ordered the seal. the fellow at napa sent one that was close. (ok it travelled 1200kms to find out it is the wrong size). i figured no problem, head over to the KINGDOM and check it out on the computer at.

i could not get the seal number to change.

Nothing I have shows an interchange for that number.
28P is a prefix used by Spicer Dana.
I suspect it is a seal produced by National exclusively for Spicer Dana and you would have to track it down through the truck world as it apparently is not an industrial interchange.

thansk old magnet, i kept the seal and i have never seen a -p- before in a national number, usually it is all numbers.
