hey i was wondering if any one could tell me what drive i need for a D2 Starter is it a 11 tooth or a 12 tooth thanks the starter Drive

I'm sure OM (Old Magnet) will chime in before long. I recall him stating either one would work. Starter armature rotation direction is a factor though.
Her eis the link to OM's direct start instructional. Hopefully it's still "up" there were earlier reports of it missing pages.

If it's for direct start conversion either one will work.(RH helical gear for CW rotation)
If it's a replacement for unit that had direct start originally neither will work.
