Does anyone know what the difference is between CR0812 and CR0811 rollers? I have a D2 5U15232 with some bad rollers and I have a source for CR0811 rollers but I don't know if they will work. They are a little spendy to just cross your fingers and find out.
Thanks

I bought 2-- cr0811 df rollers from FPSmith and they fit in my frame well
i put a straight edge accross the rail mating surface of all 4 rollers and the new ones were 1/8 to about 1/4 inch higher---but i had built up the old rollers with weld so i don't know how correct the measurement was.

I don't have a reference for those part numbers but it could be one is for the single flange rollers and the other for double. New roller diameter is 7.0 in.

16th edition of Berco Catalog 308 undercarriage replacement parts for Caterpillar.
Cr 809 equals Cat 7F6398 and replaces 4B7716 which is single flange roller with end collars
Cr 811 equals Cat 7F6399 and replaces 4B7698 which is double flange roller with end collars
The Berco books shows no Cr 800 but does list a Cr 800A which is a end collar
